The
Late
Functional Acknowledgment Alert is being generated
through our EDI Network services provider GXS. As Rite Aid Sends EDI
Purchase Orders (850) to your Company through GXS the Network monitors
the return of the corresponding EDI Functional Acknowledgement (997)
against the Rite Aid EDI policy which requires the 997 to be returned within 24
hours of Rite Aid releasing the PO.
This alert is in addition to emails or
phone calls your company may receive from the Rite Aid's EDI/B2B Department following up on
unacknowledged transactions.
